APPLICATION FORM FOR WEDDING FAIR, Dr Fosters

Date: Saturday 21st March 2026 at Dr Fosters Gloucester Quay

Time: 11.00 – 15.00


Timings

The event runs timely from 11.00 – 15.00. Access to set up is from 9.30am. There is no parking available at the venue. You may unload at the front of the venue (space permitting) and then will need to move your vehicle to park at your own risk.


All exhibitors are on the 1st floor of the venue and there is no lift available. Unfortunately, this venue is not suitable for those with any mobility concerns which prevent stair use. 


Please be set up and ready by 10.55am. 


ESSENTIAL: Please do NOT pack up before 3pm as it is disruptive to other exhibitors and bridal parties.


Promotion

The event will be marketed extensively by both Dr Fosters and Emerge Events using social media, online newspapers, flyers, posters and flags/banners etc. 


In addition, if exhibitors:

Follow https://www.facebook.com/emerge.events27/ and like/share.


Please also promote your attendance at this fair across social media and by any other method available.

This way we can promote maximum footfall to benefit all. 


Payment and cancellation


  • Payment is taken at the time of booking.

  • If the organiser (Emerge Events) cancels the event a full refund is given.

  • If the exhibiting business cancels with more than 35 days notice you may transfer your space to another event within 12 months.

  • For cancellation with less than 35 days notice, no transfer is available or refund given.


Table/space


Please note you will need your own table or display. One banner is permitted to go BEHIND the table unless there is space available on the day to place at the side.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but it may not always be possible, so please bear in mind you may not have a power supply or a certain position within the fair. Spaces are allocated by the organiser. 


Capping


Emerge Events will endeavour to cap genres fairly to offer variety for public consumers and fairness to exhibitors, but this cannot be guaranteed (unless it is agreed in writing).

Exclusivity is not guaranteed for any genre, unless specified by the organiser. Spaces/tables are allocated at the discretion of the organiser Emerge Events and are not the responsibility of the venue. Please DO NOT contact the venue with any questions relating to the event.

There may be no extra room available for banners, rails or any other display items at the side of the table.


Please plan to place all banners behind the tables.


Extra room can be allocated subject to availability on the day.


If you are accepted, you will receive a payment link for payment within 7 days. Please email 1 or 2 images we can use for promotional purposes.
