Terms and Conditions

Timings

The event runs timely from 11.00 – 16.00. Access to set up is from 9.00am.

Unloading and parking information will be given nearer the time.


Please be set up and ready by 10.55am.


ESSENTIAL: Please do NOT pack up before 4pm as it is disruptive to other vendors and the public.


Promotion

The event will be marketed extensively using social media (Facebook an Instagram), online newspapers, flyers, posters and flags/banners etc.

The organiser will be promoting the fair across their social media platforms and email database as well as erecting a banner at or near the entrance of the venue.

It is appreciated if traders get involved in promoting the market as much as possible across their own channels to encourage footfall for everyone’s benefit.

Therefore, please promote your attendance at this market across social media and by any other method available.

This way we can promote maximum footfall to benefit all.

 

Payment and cancellation

 

·        Once your application is accepted a payment link will be emailed and you have 7 days to make payment. No reminders are issued and your space is not confirmed until payment is received; you will receive an automatic notification of payment which acts as a confirmation

of booking.

·        If the organiser (Emerge Events) cancels the event a full refund is given.

·        If the exhibiting business cancels, provided more than 42 days notice is given the vendor can transfer the fee to another event within 12 months. No refunds are given. 


Table/space

Please note your own tables are required at this venue.


We will do our best to accommodate requests, but it may not always be possible, so please bear in mind you may not have a power supply or a certain position within the market.

Spaces are allocated by the organiser whose decision is final.

There will be no extra room available for banners, rails or any other display items at the side of the table. If extra room is required a double pitch will need to be booked.

If you are accepted, you will receive a payment link for payment within 7 days. Please email 1 or 2 images we can use for promotional purposes.
