The following information is to enable me to promote your business in connection with this event on social media. Complete where appropriate.

Please email ONE image we can use for promotional purposes. If you are successful, you will receive an email invite to the vendors group for this event; please join and upload your image and bio, and any copy you'd like us to add.

Terms and Conditions

Timings

The event runs timely from 11.00 – 15.00. Access to set up is from 9.00am.

Unloading will be from the front, or rear of the hall and a time will be allocated before the event, vehicles must then be moved to a nearby car park.

The organiser cannot accept liability for any fines associated with parking or unloading time exceeding that which is allowed. 


Please be set up and ready by 10.55am. 


ESSENTIAL: Please do NOT pack up before 3pm as it is disruptive to other exhibitors and bridal parties.


Promotion

The event will be marketed extensively using social media, online newspapers, flyers, posters and flags/banners etc. 


The organiser will be promoting the fair across their social media platforms and email database as well as erecting a banner at or near the entrance of the venue.

Please also promote your attendance at this fair across social media and by any other method available.

This way we can promote maximum footfall to benefit all. 


Payment and cancellation


  • Full payment of £50 is due within 7 days of your application being accepted. No reminders are issued.

  • If the organiser (Emerge Events) cancels the event a full refund is given.

  • If the exhibiting business cancels, provided more than 42 days notice is given the vendor can transfer the fee to another event within 12 months. No refunds are given. 

  • If the event has to be cancelled due to a force majeure every attempt will be made to re-run the event at a later stage, but this depends on venue availability. 

  • If a suitable date cannot be booked within 8 weeks of the original event or if a supplier cannot attend the new date, then a 50% refund is available.


Table/space


Please note that a trestle table is included if required (limited to how many are available at the venue), but you will need to provide your own cover. You may prefer space equivalent if you have your own display unit/couch etc. One banner is permitted to go BEHIND the table unless there is space available on the day to place at the side.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but it may not always be possible, so please bear in mind you may not have a power supply or a certain position within the fair. Spaces are allocated by the organiser. 


Capping


Emerge Events will endeavour to cap genres fairly to offer variety for public consumers and fairness to exhibitors, but this cannot be guaranteed (unless it is agreed in writing).

Exclusivity is not guaranteed for any genre, unless specified by the organiser. Spaces/tables are allocated at the discretion of the organiser Emerge Events and are not the responsibility of the venue. Please DO NOT contact the venue with any questions relating to the event.
