Time: 11 – 4pm
Venue: Llanthony Priory, Priory Junction, Gloucester GL2 5FA
Spaces Available:
Please see application form for pitch options and prices.
All rooms on both ground and 1st floor are accessible by lift.
As accessibility is not an issue, the organiser will place traders to suit the design of the market.

The venue boasts:
The Lady Margaret Hall - a 1st floor Grade I listed room with high ceilings, natural daylight and full length medieval windows.
Henry Dene Hall - a Grade I listed Tudor brick range, lovingly restored with magnificent brick walls and high ceilings.
The Scudamore Room - a bright and light meeting room located on the ground floor of the Medieval Range.
The information centre - located on the ground floor of the Medieval Range.
There are extensive grounds for gazebo traders and food and coffee trucks.
There is no kitchen available for use but there are outdoor taps with drinking water available to top up water bottles.
Chairs are provided with every pitch – indicate how many are required.
If you need extra space for any reason you will need to specify a double pitch space.
Power access is available throughout the venue. Please indicate on the form where appropriate.
If you have PLI your certificate must be emailed through to emergeeventsdesign@gmail.com as soon as payment has been made. If you do NOT have PLI please indicate this on the application form and I will consider if it is a necessary requirement and notify you of my decision accordingly. You may not be able to trade without PLI.
Parking and driving on site
The market will be open to the public from 11am – 4pm.
There is no parking at the venue.
There will be marshals on site to indicate where to park on arrival for unloading only. Then vehicles must be moved and parked nearby for the duration of the event.
You drive on site at your own risk and neither the organiser or the venue can accept any liability for damage caused to your vehicle either from other vehicles, or the driver whilst parking and moving around site.
Unloading timing slots will be given in advance of the market and these need to be adhered to due to the amount of traders.
Traders will be given the opportunity to unload and set up on the Friday before between 2 and 5pm.
If you wish to do this please get in touch and I can accommodate this. I will issue a reminder for this option a couple of weeks before the market.
Food & Drink:
We are inviting applications from coffee and food vendors to pitch up outside. The venue levies a charge for catering provisions therefore the fee to trade with food or beverage is £20 standing fee plus 15 % of revenue on the day.
A separate application form is available if you wish to apply to trade with food or beverage outside – please indicate this choice on the application form.
No bar is required at this event.
You will need to provide your local authority registration and food hygiene certificates within 7 days of a successful application for venue inspection.
Confirmation, cancellation and payment terms
All applications will be considered and if your application is approved you will be offered a space to trade.
Upon being offered a space, I will send a link to make payment and this will need to be made within 7 days of the offer to guarantee your space.
If payment is not received within 7 days the pitch becomes available for the next trader.
There will not be a reminder for payment, or any extension granted, it is up to you to make a timely payment for space to trade. When payment is received you will receive automatic confirmation and your pitch is guaranteed.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend - provided more than 35 days notice is given you may transfer the fee to another market or event. Cancellations within 35 days of the event lose the automatic right for fee transfer. The organiser may make an exception depending on circumstances but this is not guaranteed.
There is no refund for cancelled pitches at any time.
Your pitch is booked for your business and is non-transferrable; if you are unable to run your pitch and have a replacement vendor in mind, this will need to be agreed with us and we reserve the right to refuse if this results in too many of the same genre.
If the date has to be moved for any reason by the organiser or venue there will be an option to transfer your fee to another market or a refund given if you are unable to make the revised date (minus a £10 admin fee).
Exclusivity for any trader/genre is not offered (except for F&B providers).
