Timings
The event runs timely from 11.00 – 16.00. Access to set up is from 9.00am. Unloading and parking information will be given nearer the time.
Please be set up and ready by 10.55am.
ESSENTIAL: Please do NOT pack up before 4pm as it is disruptive to other vendors and the public.
Promotion
The event will be marketed extensively using social media (Facebook and Instagram), online newspapers, flyers, posters and flags/banners etc.
The organiser will be promoting the fair across their social media platforms and email database as well as erecting banners at or near the entrance of the venue.

Please promote your attendance at this market across social media and by any other method available to you.
This way we can promote maximum footfall to benefit all. Thank you for your cooperation.
Payment and cancellation
· Once your application is accepted a payment link will be emailed and you have 7 days to make payment. No reminders are issued and your space is not confirmed until payment is received; you will receive an automatic notification of payment which acts as a confirmation of booking.
· If the organiser (Emerge Events) cancels the event a full refund is given.
· If the exhibiting business cancels:
More than 42 days notice a full refund (minus £10 admin fee).
Between 21 and 41 days notice a 50% refund is given (plus £10 admin fee deducted).
Less than 21 days notice, no refund or fee transfer to another event.
Table/space
Please note your own tables are required at this venue.
We will do our best to accommodate requests, but it may not always be possible, so please bear in mind you may not have a power supply or a certain position within the market.
Spaces are allocated by the organiser whose decision is final.
