You may bring your own table or display or your business may be roaming for the duration of the event. Chairs can be provided.

Terms and Conditions


Timings


The event runs timely from 11.00 – 15.00.


Access to set up is from 9.30am. Unloading is from the hotel car park if space permits, then vehicles MUST be moved to a nearby car park (at owners risk).

The organiser cannot accept liability for any fines associated with parking.


Please be set up and ready by 10.55am. 


ESSENTIAL: Please do NOT pack up before 3pm as it is disruptive to other exhibitors and bridal parties.


Promotion

The event will be marketed extensively by both The Stroud Hotel and Emerge Events using social media, online newspapers, flyers, posters and flags/banners etc.

Payment and cancellation


  • Payment is taken at the time of booking.

  • If the organiser (Emerge Events) cancels the event a full refund is given.

  • If the exhibiting business cancels more than 35 days before the event you may transfer your fee to any other event within 12 months (subject to suitability and availability). If a business cancels within 35 days of the fair, all efforts will be made to find a replacement. If a replacement can be found you may transfer the fee to another event; if no replacement can be found your forfeit the fee. No refunds are given for paid fees.

  • If the event has to be cancelled due to a force majeure every attempt will be made to re-run the event at a later stage, but this depends on venue availability. 

  • If a suitable date cannot be booked within 8 weeks of the original event or if a supplier cannot attend the new date, then a 50% refund is available.


Table/space


Please note that a trestle table may be included but these are in short supply at this venue; you will need your own cover. Indicate on the booking form if you require a table or equivalent space for your own table or set up. One banner is permitted to go BEHIND the table unless there is space available on the day to place at the side.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but it may not always be possible, so please bear in mind you may not have a power supply or a certain position within the fair. Spaces are allocated by the organiser.

Payment and cancellation

 If the organiser (Emerge Events) cancels the event a full refund is given.

 If the exhibiting business cancels there is the opportunity to move the fee to another event within 12 months provided more than 42 days notice is given. No refunds are given.


Table/space

Please note that tables are not available at this venue (unless you have agreed a round as part of your set up).


Each supplier will have an individual agreement regarding space and requirements with the orgniser as this is a highly curated event with no umbrella arrangement.

Spaces are allocated by the organiser who has the final say.


Capping

Emerge Events will endeavour to cap genres fairly to offer variety for public consumers and fairness to exhibitors, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Exclusivity is not guaranteed for any genre, unless specified by the organiser.


Spaces/tables are allocated at the discretion of the organiser Emerge Events and are not the responsibility of the venue. Please DO NOT contact the venue with any questions relating to the event.


Please complete the application form and if you are successful we will send you a payment link for payment within 7 days once the deadline for applications has been reached. If payment is made outside 7 days your space may have been allocated to another exhibitor. Spaces are not reserved.
