DETAILS OF EXHIBITOR:

The following information is to enable me to promote your business in connection with this event on social media. Complete where appropriate.

If you are successful, you will receive an email invite to the vendors group for this event; please join and upload your image and bio, and any copy you'd like us to add. We offer a £5 Social Media & Email Marketing add-on if you'd like a special mention.

7’ x 1.5’ table (Approximate measurement) and 1 or 2 chairs (own cover will be required). Tables are limited and on a 1st come 1 st served basis. I will confirm if you have a table.
6’ x 3’ space with 1 or 2 chairs (provide own display/stand/table.

There may be no extra room available for banners, rails or any other display items at the side of the table.


Please plan to place all banners behind the tables.


Extra room can be allocated subject to availability on the day.

Terms and Conditions


Timings

The event runs timely from 11.00 – 15.00. Access to set up is from 9.30am. There is parking available.

You could be on the 1st or 2nd floor (there is a lift available to the 1 st floor but only stairs to the 2nd floor, please advise if you have mobility issues.


Please be set up and ready by 10.55am.


ESSENTIAL: Please do NOT pack up before 3pm as it is disruptive to other exhibitors and bridal parties.


Promotion

The event will be marketed extensively using social media, online newspapers, flyers, posters and flags/banners etc.

The brewery will be promoting the fair across their social media platforms and email database as well as a banner at the entrance.

This way we can promote maximum footfall to benefit all.


Payment and cancellation

Full payment is due on booking.

If the organiser (Emerge Events) cancels the event a full refund is given.

If the exhibiting business cancels there is a full refund of monies paid for more than 42 days notice, 50% refund for 35 – 42 days notice and no refund payable if less than 35 days notice.

If the event has to be cancelled due to a red weather warning or covid reasons, every attempt will be made to re-run the event at a later stage, but this depends on venue availability.

If a suitable date cannot be booked within 8 weeks of the original event or if a supplier cannot attend the new date, then a 50% refund is available. Any COVID restrictions imposed by law will be required to be adhered to at the event including, but not limited to, wearing of face masks, sanitisation, social distancing or any other measures. Any suggested but not legal restrictions will be at the discretion of the businesses attending.


Table/space

Please note that a table measuring approximately 2m x 0.5m is included (or space equivalent if you have your own display unit/couch etc).

You will need to provide your own cover at this venue.

One banner is permitted to go BEHIND the table unless there is space available on the day to place at the side.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but it may not always be possible, so please bear in mind you may not have a power supply or a certain position within the fair.

Spaces are allocated by the organiser on the 1st and 2nd floor.


Capping

Emerge Events will endeavour to cap genres fairly to offer variety for public consumers and fairness to exhibitors, but this cannot be guaranteed (unless it is agreed in writing).

Exclusivity is not guaranteed for any genre, unless specified by the organiser.

Spaces/tables are allocated at the discretion of the organiser Emerge Events and are not the responsibility of the venue.
